About Us
At First United Methodist Church in Osage, Iowa, we are a welcoming community of everyday people seeking to follow the way of Jesus with sincerity, compassion, and purpose. We believe that faith is a journey best traveled together, and we open our doors to all—just as they are.
Worship & Fellowship
Each Sunday at 9:00 a.m., we gather for worship led by a rotation of guest pastors—retired clergy from Iowa United Methodist Churches—along with other thoughtful speakers. This variety brings fresh perspectives and spiritual insight each week.
Following worship, we share in Fellowship at 10:00 a.m., enjoying coffee, treats, conversation, and the chance to connect more deeply with one another.
Monday Grind
Community doesn’t stop on Sundays. Every Monday from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m., we host Monday Grind, a time of coffee, treats, fellowship, and hands‑on mission work. Together, we weave plastic mats for the homeless and others in need—turning simple materials into tangible acts of love.
